FINESSE aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible and orders, with the exception of preorders, ship within 1-2 days of order placement!
Pre-orders will ship by their specified dates listed on the product pages and at checkout.
Your order may be split into more than one shipment to get it to you as fast as possible as we have multiple warehouses.
Shipping notifications are automatically generated once the label has been created. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking to reflect the pick up and show updates on the courier’s end.
Transit times apply after your item has been picked and packed in our facilities and picked up by the carrier.

Within the US, AU & UK, the estimated transit period is 8-15 days, depending on the delivery address.
Within DE, the estimated transit period is 10-15 days, depending on the delivery address.

Our products are shipped directly from our California or overseas warehouses. For shipments from overseas warehouses, transit times may be impacted by customs clearance, which has been impacted by the pandemic. Customs delays are out of our hands and entirely driven by the carriers - please allow a few days for your package to clear customs if necessary.
Standard packages can be tracked via the direct link sent in the shipping notification.
Please note that countries outside of the US may charge customs and duty taxes on your products - this varies by your country’s import and export regulations. To offset these costs, we keep shipping costs consistent worldwide.
If you’d like to make any changes to your order, please email us within 30 minutes of your order being placed to maximize the chances of us being able to modify your order before it is handed off to the courier. Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing and we’ll do our best to make any requested changes you might have afterward. We recommend double checking your order before submitting it. Once an order is already packed, we can no longer make any changes.
We have a completely free returns and exchange policy - just head on over to the FINESSE Returns Portal and we gotchu! Returns and exchanges are easy and are accepted within 90 days of order delivery 🙂
Please return all items in original packaging and in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, including being free of smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Returns are completed with either a refund back to the original form of payment, an exchange for an alternate product, or store credit.
