FINESSE aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible and most orders, with the exception of preorders, ship within 1-2 days of order placement!

Pre-orders take around 3 weeks to ship.

Shipping Options and Timelines

Shipping timelines are for after your item has been picked and packed in our facilities, which occurs within 1-2 days of order submission for readily available products.

  • Domestic: 
    • Free: All orders over $75 qualify for free shipping, 7-11 business days
    • Standard: $7.99 for 7-11 business days shipping
    • Express: $11.99 for 3-5  business days shipping
  • International:
    • Standard: $7.99 for 7-11 business days shipping
    • Express: $19.99 for 3-5  business days shipping


International shipping postage simply covers the cost of transporting and delivering your parcel. FINESSE does not charge any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. This is the responsibility of the customer. There are different costs per destination, but we strive to keep the charges as minimal as possible. Duties (or Customs Tariffs)are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. International taxes (such as value added, tax, or vat) are set by the destination country.


Reserved Rights Regarding Orders/Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject orders/returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

All returned items must be returned in all original packaging and in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, including being free of smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Returns are completed with either a refund back to the original form of payment, an exchange for an alternate product, or store credit.
