Returns and exchanges are easy and are accepted within 45 days of order delivery 🙂 We also offer free shipping for returns and exchanges!
Please return all items in original packaging and in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, including being free of smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Certain garments may be final sale for hygienic reasons, such as underwear.
Returns are completed with either a refund back to the original form of payment, an exchange for an alternate product, or store credit. There is a $3.95 processing fee per return to get the return handled & processed. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Shipping confirmation emails are automatically generated once the shipping label has been created. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking to update and reflect the pick up and show updates on the courier’s end.
FINESSE aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible and orders, with the exception of pre-orders, ship within 1-2 days of order placement!
Pre-orders will ship by their specified dates listed on the product pages and at checkout.
Your order may be split into more than one shipment to get it to you as fast as possible as we have multiple warehouses.
FINESSE is not responsible for order processing delays due to invalid shipping addresses or phone numbers.
Transit times apply after your item has been picked and packed in our facilities and picked up by the carrier.
Timelines can be impacted by holidays, or other high-volume sales periods.
Our products are shipped directly from our California or overseas warehouses. For shipments from overseas warehouses, transit times may be impacted by customs clearance. Customs delays are out of our hands and entirely driven by a country's customs authority - please allow a few days for your package to clear customs if necessary.
Within the US, the estimated transit period is 5-9 business days, depending on the delivery address.
Within the UK, the estimated transit period is 5-8 business days, depending on the delivery address.
Within AU, the estimated transit period is 5-8 business days, depending on the delivery address.
Within DE, the estimated transit period is 5-12 business days, depending on the delivery address.
Within the US, the estimated transit period is 2-5 business days, depending on the delivery address.
Within the UK, the estimated transit period is 2-5 business days, depending on the delivery address.
Express shipping is not yet available to customers in the AU and DE.
Express shipping is currently not available for P.O. Box addresses.
Please note that countries outside of the US may charge customs and duty taxes on your products - this varies by your country’s import and export regulations.
For the UK, VAT and duties are already included in the product price.

If you’d like to make any changes to your order, please reach out to us here within 30 minutes of your order being placed to maximize the chances of us being able to modify your order before it is packed and handed off to the courier. While we try our very best, we cannot guarantee order changes and highly recommend double checking your order before submitting it. Once an order is already packed, unfortunately, we can no longer make any changes.
