Please return all items in original packaging and in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, including being free of smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids.
Refunds are initiated and exchange orders are placed once it’s in transit back to us!

The best way to track your order is through the tracking link that is part of your emailed shipping confirmation! We suggest using our shipping information only as third party apps, such as ShopPay and Instagram, do not work with all shipping carriers to show the full shipping process.
Orders before 5pm PST Sunday to Friday will be packed and shipped the same day.
Orders after 5pm PST Friday will be packed and shipped that Sunday.
We have multiple warehouses, so your order may be split into more than one shipment.
Shipping notifications are automatically generated once the label has been created. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking to reflect the pick up and show updates on the carrier’s end.
Pre-orders will ship by the estimated date shown in your order confirmation emailed to you after you place your order.
Shipping times apply after your item has been fulfilled in our facilities and picked up by the carrier. We strive to keep the shipping timelines at checkout the most accurate and up-to-date.
Timelines can be impacted by holidays, or other high-volume sales periods. For shipments from overseas warehouses, transit times may be impacted by customs clearance, which has been impacted by the pandemic. Customs delays are out of our hands, so we ask for your patience while COVID still wrecks havoc on the global shipping industry - please allow a few days for your package to clear customs if necessary. Your order will show an “Info Received” or “Label Created” status until it has cleared customs.
If you’d like to make any changes to your order, please email us at rewind@finesse.us within 30 minutes of your order being placed to maximize the chances of us being able to modify your order. This is not a guarantee as we get right on fulfilling your order, but we’ll try our best. Once an order is already being packed, we can unfortunately no longer make any changes.

Please note that countries outside of the US may charge customs and duty taxes on your products - this varies by your country’s import and export regulations. To offset these costs, we keep shipping costs consistent worldwide.
